What experience do I need to open a furniture repair franchise with Roberic Furniture Group?
You do not need experience restoring furniture; you do need a strong willingness to learn and a passion for making customers happy. You must also place a high value on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction. We go that extra mile and expect our franchisees to follow suit. Experience working in service industries such as pest control, HVAC, plumbing, or other repairs would be helpful but no required.We prefer that our franchisees be owner-operators who are readily involved in the business.
What is provided as part of the Roberic Furniture Group franchise program?
Before your in-depth training, we offer you 10 hours of online tutorials, resources, and training materials. You will visit our headquarters for 21 hours of intensive training on how to run the business from start to finish. We will join you for five days leading up to the grand opening of your new business. Additionally, you will have access to our detailed confidential operations manual, which includes our established operating procedures, ensuring you can open a furniture repair franchise in your town with confidence.
How much will the franchise cost me?
The estimated initial investment to begin operations ranges from $92,750 to $146,500. This includes a $35,000 initial franchise fee for a single territory agreement. As with any new venture, adequate capital is essential to fund the initial business growth stages.
Is financing available?
We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
Are there ongoing fees to pay?
We collect a 7% royalty fee based on gross revenues. Fees such as this allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of techniques and procedures, vendor relationships, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades. Are there any advertising fees?
Franchise owners will contribute 1% of net revenues to the brand marketing fund as Roberic Furniture Group franchisees (this can increase to 3%). Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Roberic Furniture Group brand and cover the creative costs of creating brand marketing materials and campaigns. Franchisees will also be required to invest in local marketing, initially $1,000 monthly. Franchise owners are expected to spend at least $3,000 (up to $5,000) on their Grand Opening as they prepare to open a furniture repair franchise . What is the term of the agreement?
The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
